Mount Gulian Wedding Photos: : What an amazing day everyone had for Rebecca and Tim’s wedding!
I asked the bride if she can write a little something for this blog, and here is Rebecca’s words:
When we started wedding planning, we were reminded that we were opposites, but the one thing we agreed on is that we wanted our venue to have abundant greenery! For me, this meant a country club or golf course while Tim was leaning towards rustic farm spots. After a long weekend of venue visits, we finally visited Mount Gulian. With its lush Historic Garden, magical barn, and breathtaking view of the Hudson, Mount Gulian had the perfect romantic elegance that we both wanted for our wedding…
After finding our dream venue, we got searching for a photographer right away. One of my biggest concerns was that at such a scenic location, Tim and I would fade in pictures dominated by vast green landscapes. I wanted our photographer to capture the beauty of the location, but keep Tim and I at the center. When I saw Jimi’s photography, I knew that he would be the perfect photographer to document our day without letting us get lost in the sea of garden greens or the dominant browns of the barn.
Jimi’s pictures exceeded all my expectations. He captured all the joy Tim and I felt throughout the day while preserving the breathtaking beauty of the venue. We could not be happier with our photos!
