Wedding Photos at Arrow Park: Yet another amazing wedding at Arrow Park Lake and Lodge this past Fall with one of the sweetest couples I’ve ever photographed. This bride and groom rocked it! When I did their engagement shoot at my studio (see here) we had a great time, did a few things differently, and was very happy with the results. They were very relaxed in front of the camera, which definitely carried over for their wedding day.
As I walked in for preparation, all the girls were in the main room watching a slideshow one of them made. Half of them were crying, half of them were laughing, and other half were doing both (math is not my strong point). The vibe from that room set the tone of the day. They all had matching mimosa shirts, with mimosas in hand, make up going on all over the place, and they all were so fun to be around! Once Caitlin got in her dress, she did a reveal to her girls, and then onto the first look. She also had custom made place cards with emojis which you’ll see below which I thought was a great idea!
Cocktail hour was fantastic, and once reception started, the couple was announced, they surprised everyone with a choreographed dance. But that wasn’t the only surprise: towards the end of the night Caitlin and 6 other women, including her grandmother, did an Irish dance for everyone! Great way to end the night…
